Janet Jackson may not be anywhere near the courtroom once a jury reaches a verdict in Conrad Murray's manslaughter trial ... because she's currently tied up on the Australian leg of her world tour.

After playing Melbourne earlier this week, Michael Jackson's baby sister arrived in Sydney on Friday.

Guilty or not, the tour must go on.
